You must provide photo evidence of the damage or error.
No returns or refunds will be processed without photographic proof.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the issue is verified.

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 USD.

For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be added to your final invoice and sent to you for approval before your order is shipped.
