Refund and Cancellation Policy

At L&F Smoke Supply, we take pride in the quality of our products and service. Due to the nature of wholesale and perishable items, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment at lfsmokesupply@gmail.com so we can assist you promptly.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet entered the fulfillment stage of our processing system.

The fulfillment stage typically begins 1 business day after an order is placed, though it may occur sooner depending on order volume and processing speed.

If you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, you must email or call us immediately after placing your order. Once fulfillment has started, cancellations will no longer be possible.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds or returns will only be issued if a product arrives damaged or was sent incorrectly. In these cases, customers are required to provide photo evidence of the issue.

We cannot accept or process any return or refund request without photographic proof.

Customers have five (5) business days from the date of delivery to contact us (via email or phone) to request a return or refund.

After this period, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.
